The day that I went to test drive the 2012 mazda 3 that I wanted Brian Soncrant was there to help. He was so friendly and down to earth, i thought i was never going to get my dad to stop talking. Then when i decided that i wanted to buy the car, Wayne de Leo kept his word. He got the car I wanted with the price i wanted. NO extra mumbo jumbo! Finally people honest car people! What a rare find! I would suggest to anyone looking for a car to ask for these gentleman. I mean I never felt once that they were pulling the wool over my eyes .... More
We accidently locked our Masda3 by shutting the door to take care of something while the car was running. Not knowing what to do since we had only the one key, we decided to call the closest Masda dealers take care of something while the car was running. Not knowing what to do since we had only the one key, we decided to call the closest Masda dealership to see if they had any suggestions. With no way to enter the car it was a relief to be told that they could cut us a key with no key to copy. The folks were so nice and it took very little time and we also received good advice about preventing another problem by having the new key programed with the other key so we would have a working spare. Thanks for your friendly and prompt help. More
We have purchased 6 vehicles from Cardinale Way Mazda-If this is how they treat a repeat customer I would be concerned if I were purchasing my first vehicle. I purchased new Mazda CX9 8-31 -2012 -2 weeks l this is how they treat a repeat customer I would be concerned if I were purchasing my first vehicle. I purchased new Mazda CX9 8-31 -2012 -2 weeks later I was told I had to come back to re-sign the paperwork I told them I wanted my trade in back and I was told it was gone and she did not know where it was. I had to come back in 9-25 for more paper work and was told again that my trade in was gone.During this time I kept getting calls from my lender on the trade in because I was going to have a late payment on a car that was as I was told is GONE.During this time with phone calls to the dealership I was told by the finance manager "whats one late payment ".On 10-3-2012 I called the dealership and was told by the finance manager that everything was good they paid off the trade in and don't worry about it Wells Fargo loves us .I called Wells Fargo and was told that they had not received the tracking info for the pay off on my trade in and that I had to make a payment so that I would not have a late payment on my credit.This whole experience put such a sour taste in my mouth.How can a car dealer not have my trade in that I still owned and insured.The buyer should not have to keep calling the lenders to make sure the finance dept is doing their job. I have much more to say in regards to this transaction-this is just part of my experience. Wells Fargo-TD finance and Mazda USA have noted in there files this whole incident More
This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Cardinale Way Mazda. Both of our experiences have been top notch. We were greeted with respect and treated like an old friend. I was very pleased with my recent service visit. Steve greeted me by my car and took care of all of my needs. He didn't pressure me into any work, but was kind enough to make recommendations.
