This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car!! I worked with Matt Shelton who is so genuine and patient and stressfree. I was in with my mom and sister and even though we were just girls nobody I worked with Matt Shelton who is so genuine and patient and stressfree. I was in with my mom and sister and even though we were just girls nobody on the staff tried to take advantage of the scenario. Everything from the test drive, to paperwork to financing was so smooth and enjoyable. During the process we were waiting for the numbers to come back for payment and such and we just talked football and kept the conversation lite with Matt. At the end I walked out with my new 2013 Mazda CX5 and Matt made the comment he didn't think I was really going to buy a car that day when the conversation turned to sports and football but really that is a true testiment to the experience I had here. Mattt made us so comfortable and feel at home along with Wayne DeLeo and John Richardson that my mom, sister and I were able to sit and relax and enjoy the game that was on, our soda and popcorn and talk sports! :) More
We have never been treated so nice by a car dealership ever! We came in unsure what we would be able to get, if anything... My wife and I purchased our Mazda 6 in 2010 and I must admit that I have been nothing but impressed with the service department and especially Nick Santarsiero. Nick has always gone out of his way to make admit that I have been nothing but impressed with the service department and especially Nick Santarsiero. Nick has always gone out of his way to make us comfortable when we bring our car in for servicing. He takes the time to explain all of our questions without making us feel rushed or that we are bothering him (I have had this problem before with other dealerships). Even though he deals with hundreds of people each week he always knows who we are without having to pull up our data. I guess the best way that I can explain how I would rate Nick is that I TRUST him. I would not say that about most service advisers that I have had to deal with. This is our first Mazda but it will not be our last. More

My wife and I have been very pleased with Cardinale Way Mazda, but after the service was completed they were suppose to wash the car. When the car was returned to me the car had the appearance of being was Mazda, but after the service was completed they were suppose to wash the car. When the car was returned to me the car had the appearance of being washed until you looked a little closer. The detailer didn't do a very good job. The front and hood of the vehicle was still covered in bugs. If you are going to take the time to wash the vehicle make sure it is clean before it is returned to the customer. More
Steve is always helpful and you can trust the work he recommends for your car. I would give him a "6" on Friendliness if I could. They do offer coupons and service specials that make it easy to choose genuine OEM parts over after-market parts with a third party mechanic. More
They worked with us on the price of our trade in. They didn't have exactly the care we wanted, but found one at another dealership. When it took longer to get the car from the other dealership than expect didn't have exactly the care we wanted, but found one at another dealership.
