I have rarely been at Cardinale when customers are not interacting with Cardinale staff, telling stories, cracking kind jokes or staff are just listening to a customer with intense thought and concern. I always enjoy my visits primarily because they act much like a family does treating everyone as though they belong and are important. Nick is a solid and up front person with great humor more than evident at every person he sees. A good place to visit. More

First off let me say new car sales maybe fine, but stay away for used car section. Line Sales people are OK, they have no power to make decisions on price etc. Once your purchase gets kicked up to the n away for used car section. Low level type people letting a little (very little) power go to their head. They Lie, tell you one thing then change it, they will do anything to make the sale. I purchased a used car from this dealership about one month ago, was called by line salesmen "come back and we can sell you the car for x amount of dollars) I return to dealership sit down fill in all the paperwork etc., second in line walks over says we decided we cannot sell car for agreed upon price. Out of the blue they raise cost of car. Plus once car is purchased (20k plus car), they are done with you zero follow through on promises made during sale process. DO NOT PURCHASE A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!! More

I dropped my car off late afternoon with a failing fuel pump. Service got back to be really fast with a diagnosis, in about an hour and a half, just before closing time. I had my car towed to Mazda in Mesa and even though it took two tries, Steve was exceptional during the entire process. Very on top of things and I really appreciated that he called me regularly to keep took two tries, Steve was exceptional during the entire process. My car would not start on a Monday morning. As I was using my wife's car to jump it, I was on the phone with Steve, who said that he could 'accommodate me and to bring it on in'. I told him I was the guy with 'the two Mazda 6s' and he knew automatically who I was. I dropped my car off for the day, although it was finished that morning. The battery was under warranty so there was no charge. Steve recommended some other services for the next time I come. Overall the usual great experience here...that's why I stopped taking my cars to places other than Cardinale (except for an oil change) More

Nick is the best service advisor. I am greeted the minute I drive up and without an appointment. After telling Nick what I needed he had everything done and my car washed without asking and this was all don I drive up and without an appointment.
