Nick Santarsiero is awesome and great to work with! Steve has helped me twice with my car. The first time, I came in and he helped me change the battery on my key fob which of course he didn't have to do. He also helped me install the gas cap that I purchase came in and he helped me change the battery on my key fob which of course he didn't have to do. He also helped me install the gas cap that I purchased at a different Mazda dealer which is unheard of. He was extremely friendly and was aware of my time in everything that he did. The next time I brought my car in he was very considerate of keeping me informed and in the know about what was happening with my car and how it was being handled. He made everything as easy for me as possible. He contacted my warranty company and handled everything that he could without concerning me. Once he had the details figured out he contacted me and shared that everything was going to be taken care of. He gave me impeccable service and was cheerful and thoughtful throughout. It makes me wish that I had bought my Mazda CX-7 through them instead of the Honda dealership who has been a nightmare to work with. I had begun to think that all car servicemen were the same but Steve has proven me wrong. I'm so grateful for the care that he took of me and my car. More
