Brian provided excellent service and information regarding the car we purchased and was very pleasant to talk with and work with throughout the entire process. Also, I am not the type of person that regarding the car we purchased and was very pleasant to talk with and work with throughout the entire process. Also, I am not the type of person that wants to spend much time in the negotiation process once I make my decision to buy, as I do all my research in advance and know the car and price I am willing to pay. Brian listened to me regarding this aspect and made it go very quickly. Once my wife and I settled on the car and options we wanted we came to an agreement within 15-20 minutes. It is also important to know that there was about a week that went by while I was researching and testing all the brands/models I was considering, and in that time Brian followed up with me as we discussed and he followed through with providing me any answers to questions that I asked or information I had requested.
