I went in for a routine oil change and to diagnose a severe oil leak that I had. I requested that Steve inform me of any charges prior to completing any work. He called me within an hour to explain to me as professionally as he could that my current mazda had more than an oil leak. We're talking oil pan damage, motor mounts leaking, thermostat issues, and of course the main oil leak; all of which was going to cost me more than I had to my name. He politley suggested that we come in to discuss our options for a new purchase to see which scenario would better fit our financial situation. Boy, are we glad we did. Bryan McFadden treated us with respect and understood our situation. He told us we deserve to be happy with our vehicle and not settle for anything even though we were put in a bind. He was able to work his magic for us and get us in a brand new CX-7. I could not be happier with the service and understanding these gentlemen provided us, especially given our situation.
