I had a wonderful experience at CardinaleWay Mazda. I've been to several car dealerships and have had good and bad experiences but this dealership was unique in how they approached my sale. I was looking for the best car for me but didnt want to get ripped off. Matt was honest and sincere with me while donny was bold enough to move the deal forward. We found the perfect car for my life and at a price that was good for me. I would recommend anyone to this dealership and specifically these salesmen. More

He became more of a friend, then a car dealer by the end and that is something that will keep me coming back. I was impressed by the way Todd was able to work the numbers in order to get me the best deal for my aftermarket warranty. He made sure that when I drove off in my Acura that I had nothing to worry about as far as my car was concerned. AS a first time car buying that is something that was extremely important to me and my family. After battling with my bank for a loan, Todd made it seem like a cake walk. He didn't try to confuse me with fancy terms instead he talked to me in a language I could understand. I would highly recommend Cardinale Way Mazda due to their honesty and sense of humor. More
Mr. Brian McFadden was a great help in my getting a great interest rate and hopefully a good deal on the Mazda II. I had not intended on going car shopping. But he was quiet and sincere,knowledgeable, not at all pushy, and made something I hadn't even thought possable a reality for me. Even when I woke up the next morning with buyer's remorse he was kind and patient with me and helped me decide that I had, in fact, made a good decision. I feel equiped now to support my decision to the most sceptical of objecters! My daughter say's there's nothing to equal a Toyota, and my Dad say's there's nothing to equal a Honda, so I'm going out of my comfort zone buying a Mazda! I don't have his buisness card with me, but the finance man who helped me was also very, very nice and helpful. I feel I could trust these people with my daughters lives. And my Mom's (which I literally am - since the car is kinda of for her). I told her it's a "HUG" to drive around in, because Mr. McFadden stressed the safty features, and he has convinced me it is one of the safest sub-compacts in the industry. More
Nic Santarsiero is the best when it comes to service advisors. He always returns my calls promptly and fits my appointments in with my schedule - as well as with his. What can I say ....I called looking for a used Solara SE that I saw on line @ Yahoo Autos. I called too early and so I thought I would call them after I did some errands. To my surprise I actually got a cal that I saw on line @ Yahoo Autos. I called too early and so I thought I would call them after I did some errands. To my surprise I actually got a call back from Brandon Johnson. When I told him what I saw online the Solara, of course , was not available... but could be brought in! I was irritated because I have called on particular vehicles at dealerships before and the car is usually sold! Needless to say Brandon was very understanding so I and my husband did agree to come out anyway, we were going to wait for the car (due to the relocation) ...to our Surprise we were looking at their used cars and came across a 2008 Copper Red CX 9! We were undecided to what type of car we really wanted...(convertible or SUV) so with questions answered we took a test drive...note we have an older Jeep Liberty ....and the CX 9 was impressive as a Crossover vehicle. The Solara was forgotten (which by the way did arrive) and with more questions answered our next person we met was Tom Kenall the Finance Manager! Tom went above and beyond what most finance managers usually go. Five stars to both associates! Awesome Experience ...Tremendous Day... I wasn't sure I wanted to go back to Cardinalway after being called on the phone so many times in the past 6 months asking me questions about when I will be ready to buy a car. I felt so much pressure th being called on the phone so many times in the past 6 months asking me questions about when I will be ready to buy a car. I felt so much pressure that I didn't think I would come back. I started to do some price shopping for other types of cars, and thought I would just check out what Mazda had on the lot so that I would have a comparison to shop at other dealers. Brian McFadden introduced himself, and I shared my concerns about being called so many times. We had a good conversation about it and he put me at ease. We started looking at cars, and found a car that fit my specifications. We negotiated the financing that I could afford. I had a good experience, and enjoyed working with Brian. If it weren't for him, I probably would not be a Cardinalway customer ever again. Thanks, Brian! You were great! More
