Today I made my second purchase from Cardinale Way Mazda. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The sales staff and financial people were very pleasant to deal with. However, I went into the financial office with the intention of NOT purchasing gap insurance or a maintenance agreement through the dealership. After an eternity of back and forth about why I needed these extras, I finally gave in just so we could get moving and complete the deal. Much to my chagrin, I learned that my insurance carrier would have added that coverage to my policy for a mere $3 per month. Live and learn. I am pleased with my new vehicle - my husband loves it as well. In the past I have had very positive experiences with the service department. So I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering leasing or purchasing a Mazda vehicle. T. Urias More
They were very friendly and seemed to really work with us. We had purchased a car from them about two years ago. We didn't think we would be able to trade it in, thinking that we were upside down. We had a great buying experience with Wayne at Cardinale Way Mazda. Wayne greeted us upon our arrival and was very friendly and informative. He was also very patient with us as we had our one year old son Way Mazda. Wayne greeted us upon our arrival and was very friendly and informative. When we went for a test drive Wayne suggested we put the carseat in the car to test out the fit of the seat in the car, etc and even put the carseat in for us and was making our son laugh by goofing around with him. He was very understanding when we had to leave pretty suddenly, as it was nap time, and there was no pressure from Wayne at all. We told him we'd be back the next morning and we'd see him then. At that point a lot of other sales people would have pressured us to stay, buy now, etc but Wayne didn't do that at all. He just said he'd look forward to seeing us in the morning. The next morning we got there a bit before the dealer opened to scope out what cars were available. As we were walking around Wayne came out and greeted us again and we were on a test drive before the dealership was officially open. He was again very friendly, super informative, and made the buying process a pleasant one. We'd highly recommend Wayne to anyone who wants a great car buying experience. He was a pleasure to work with! And we love our new CX-9! More

Me and my Finace went to Cardinale Way Mazda after getting a quote for our used Nissan Sentra on Autotrader.com. I spoke with Daniel on the phone and he emailed me a vehicle that he thought I might be getting a quote for our used Nissan Sentra on Autotrader.com. I spoke with Daniel on the phone and he emailed me a vehicle that he thought I might be interested in that fit in my budget. Once I got to Cadinale Way Mazda the car that Daniel let me know about was not what I was looking for. He was very helpful and had great customer service. It was though not the type of vehicle I was looking for and so I said I was leaving. Well as most dealerships do Daniel wanted me to talk to Brian in the used car department and I was like "OH GREAT here we go the Manager comes out to try and pressure me into a car". Actually it was the COMPLETE opposite, Brian just asked me a few questions about what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay and from what I told him was TOTALLY honest and said he might not have anything in that price range. Another salesman John was coming out at that time and Brian asked him to show me what he thought he might have and that he was going to double check. John had great customer service and was completely not pushy which drives me nuts about most dealerships. He had one car that had he thought might work for us we took a look at it and decided it was the car for us. John and Brian worked very hard to get us the deal we wanted and we didn't exactly make it easy for them, but they never seemed frustrated or annoyed and even stayed late to get the deal done. We were then taken to see Todd who also stuck around late to get everything done for us so that we didn't have to come back a SECOND day for all the paperwork. Todd was very helpful and explained everything PERFECTLY and made all that paperwork a very EASY experience. WE WILL DEFINITELY BUY FROM CARDINALE WAY again! Thank GUYS!!!! More

Purchased a 2008 Mazda6 at this dealership 3 years ago. I have the service for this vehicle performed there. Cardinale Way Mazda is very fair in pricing but the thing I like most is this service department I have the service for this vehicle performed there. Cardinale Way Mazda is very fair in pricing but the thing I like most is this service department does not take advantage of customer's in a financial sense. I would purchase another auto there in a heartbeat. Prior to this vehicle we owned a 2004 Mazda6 that was purchased at different Mazda organization located in North Phoenix our experience with that service writer and that service department was exactly 180 degrees from Cardinale Way. Very Happy with Cardinale Way, would recommend them. More
