My AC on my 2008 Mazda3 had gone out. I went to the dealer and had the pleasure of working with Nick, who took the car straight in to get the AC fixed. While my husband and I was waiting Gabe came down dealer and had the pleasure of working with Nick, who took the car straight in to get the AC fixed. While my husband and I was waiting Gabe came down and talked to my husband and I and asked if we would like to see if we could get into a new Mazda with lower payments. He then introduced us to Matt. Matt explained the whole process to us step by step, we picked a color that we liked we test drove it and by time we got back from our test drive we were approved for our new car. We were taken to Tom, who is very knowledgeable about the financing process. He explained every piece of paper we had to sign in detail. The whole process took no time at all to finish our paperwork. When we finished with Tom, Matt was waiting for us with keys in hand, a full tank of gas and a washed car. I had the best car buying experience with Matt, Gabe, Nick and Tom and I would and have recommended this dealership to friends and family. Oh and Nick fixed the AC on my old car so whoever buy the car will have a new AC unit. Thank you for the best service from a car dealer I have every had!!!!!! Danita Branson More
I took my son to get a car but he wasn't able to get one at the time. My husband had always wanted a truck so the opportunity presented itself for me to buy him a truck. I worked with Matt and Brian and the at the time. My husband had always wanted a truck so the opportunity presented itself for me to buy him a truck. I worked with Matt and Brian and they were able to get me a very good deal on the truck I wanted for my husband. They were knowledgeable about the truck, very understanding with the million questions I had and expalined everything in great detail to me. I took the truck for a test drive, came back and went into fiance met Todd who explained everything to me in detail, signed the necessary papers and was done in no time at all. I came out, Matt and Brian had the truck washed gased up and I was off. I have had the pleasure of meeting alot of people at the dealership and they are the most professional, knowledgeable and friendliest people I have every met. buying the car from cardinale way mazda was a great experience. i was in the car business for almost 20 years . from sales to manager to wholesale. it was not easy being on the other side of the experience. i was in the car business for almost 20 years . from sales to manager to wholesale. it was not easy being on the other side of the desk. but from the first time i stepped on the lot at cardinale mazda and was greated buy daniel morgan i realized how laid back they where. to me that was huge. they put no pressure on me at all. to me that is the way the car business should be. when anybody i know is looking for a car i will gladly recomend daniel and cardinale way mazda. thanks again guys! WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!!! My wife, 3 month old daughter and I had come to Cardinale Way Mazda just shopping around with no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle (but dont we all!? lol), after com daughter and I had come to Cardinale Way Mazda just shopping around with no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle (but dont we all!? lol), after coming from another dealership where to say the service was an extreme dissappointment would be an understatement... First off, let me just say that maybe it was the time of day we visited the dealership, but we actually had a chance to get out of our car and walk into the dealership without even seeing any vultures! (car salesmen standing outside of the dealership that approach you before you even turn off your car!) We were greeted by Wayne and right off the bat received TOP NOTCH service! Not only was he willing to bring ANY car we wanted to see up to the front door for us (because of our daughter), but he even WASHED the car before we test drove it! There was no pressure, no nagging, and no hastling about us purchasing a car that day. Instead, he understood our needs, made sure he found the RIGHT car for us, gave us all of the information we needed to make an informed decision to purchase, but also had a strong and friendly support team too! Donny and Tom were nothing but helpful to us as well. Donny was so great in making sure we had a good deal, and Tom spent more than enough time with us to make sure the payments were right for us (he even made sure our payments were an even number! lol). Though we didnt purchase the vehicle that day, we did come back 2 days later to make the purchase. Wayne made sure our new CX7 was washed like 3 times, set my wife's radio presets for her and even linked her blackberry to the car's bluetooth! lol I can guarantee that our next purchase will be with Wayne and team at Cardinale Way Mazda! I always enjoy working with Nick. He is very friendly and helpful, he goes out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer, and he gets me in and out of the shop as fast as he can. And today, not o and helpful, he goes out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer, and he gets me in and out of the shop as fast as he can. And today, not only did he get my dead battery replaced, he also noticed that my L/F bumper had popped out of place, so he had the retainer clip replaced at no charge without my having even reported it to be a problem. This is the type of Class A service I always get from Nick. He is definitely a top asset at Cardinale Mazda! More
