From beginning to end this was a wonderful experience. I was shocked at how friendly and low key they were. They were precise and helpful and they didn't PUSH. It didn't feel like car shopping at all. My experience was so good that I willl be recommmending my friends and family to this dealership. Todd in Finance was kind and helpful also. I have to say that I have never experienced such an easy transaction for a car in all of my fifty two years thirty of which are driving years. I was treated so well and I left feeling like I would never want to go anywhere else to buy a car. Thank you for having the best employees ever. I also don't want to forget to say that the Mazda is a little jewel and I am so excited to surprise my daughter with this car. It has everything I could have wanted at a great price. I brought my van in for maintenance service and dealt with Nick. I have been in before but I'm sure the dealership has tons of customers. So, I pull up and Nick just happens to be stepping out and welcom with Nick. I have been in before but I'm sure the dealership has tons of customers. So, I pull up and Nick just happens to be stepping out and welcomes me by name. I laughed and asked if his memory was that good or am I the only one that still has an MPV. He laughs and assures me he remembers me and knows that I have been in other times for service. When I moved her five years ago I was sad to leave the service manager at our old dealership. He was always so personable. It is nice that I have found it again here in AZ. Nick listened to my concerns and the fact that I was leaving on a very long trip with just two kids and a dog and myself. He understood my concerns and reasons for wanting to make sure the van was in good working order. In fact, he even had a mechanic to ride with me to listen for the sound that the car was making. Brought my CX-7 in for 15k maintenance and was blown away by the service team's customer service. The car is driving like brand new, and even though I came in thinking the brakes might need extra work, they by the service team's customer service. The car is driving like brand new, and even though I came in thinking the brakes might need extra work, they didn't, and that unnecessary service was never pushed on me. I couldn't be more shocked to be writing this rating! Yesterday my wife brought our 2010 Mazda CX-9 into Cardinale Way Mazda for routine servicing. While she was waiting for the car to be done, Wayne ap Yesterday my wife brought our 2010 Mazda CX-9 into Cardinale Way Mazda for routine servicing. While she was waiting for the car to be done, Wayne approached her and struck up a conversation. During that conversation he told her that he could get her into a 2011 Mazda CX-9 and keep her at or near the current payment. She of course called me at work and told me to call Wayne to get the details, which I did. Needless to say, by the end of the evening we drove out of Cardinale Way Mazda with a 2011 CX-9 pretty darn near the same payment we drove in with, (the only difference being the extended warranty that I decided to purchase this time since my wife drives so much!) To say that Wayne was fantastic would be an understatement. The guy is a selling machine and we could not have been more pleased with him. He is a great guy and an asset to Cardinale Way Mazda. Gabe too was a pleasure to meet and he and Donny worked hard to get a deal done that worked for all of us. Another great experience at Cardinale! We will be back! More
It was a great process, my son did research on the internet for us, communicated with Ken Arment an internet agent. He responded within minutes with a price quote my son asked him for. We then started to communicate with Ken, told him to get the car ready for us and that we would be there in a couple of days to purchase. On arriving at the dealership we Gabe Gracia the sales manager. He told us all about the car, he was having the window tent put on. Best car buying experience we ever had! My husband and I buy new cars ever three years or so and its generally a long tedious process -- reviewing cars on the internet, test driving the top four or five, ge buy new cars ever three years or so and its generally a long tedious process -- reviewing cars on the internet, test driving the top four or five, getting to the price we want and walking if we don't get where we feel we need to be. It wasn't the case with with this car purchase-- straight forward approach from the sales team- (Johnny,Scott and Gabe). They found the car we wanted, at the price we expected and it was delivered in top condition. More
