Our friends always tell us "Why do you take your car to the dealership......they always rip you off!" Let me tell you that this is not the case at Cardinale Way Mazda. They are fair and honest with us and always keep our best interest(our pocket book!!) in mind. We are especially fond of Nick Santarsiero in the service department. He is always so friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. We take our vehicle to the dealership because we know we can trust the quality of work that is being done. It may cost a little more up front but the peace of mind that everything was done to the highest standard makes it worth it to keep our family safe. When it is time for a new car you can be assured we will be purchasing another CX-9 from Cardinale Way Mazda and will continue to use Nick as our Service Advisor! More

I had a great experience working with cardinale way mazda to buy my new car. Gabe in finacing was very helpful at working out a deal i was comfortable and happy with. Robert aka "Dizzy" was the salesman that helped me pick the right car. I came in with the intrest of the mazda 2, but after a test drive and cross referencing of the mazda 3 specs and info, Dizzy was able to better fit me into a car i would be happier with day to day. Even after i sealed the deal and bought the car, Dizzy has been outstanking with follow up calls to make sure i am happy with my car and its performance. Dustin was precise and quick about the final financial paperwork and wrapping everything up so i could take my new car home. Even the tint company that works inside the mazda dealership was great. I was anxious to get the tint on the windows of my new car and Brandon at the tint shop got me in the next day even though they were already very busy. Overall, my experience was pleasant at cardinale way madza and i would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. More
What a refreshing experience, from the moment we stepped onto the dealership lot to when my daughter drove off with her new car. Not once did I feel like a minnow swimming in a pool of sharks. We were initially greeted by Ramone Adami (salesman). Ramone was fantastic to deal with. Never pushy, aggressive or disrespectful. He listened attentively to our needs, was very knowledgable, strightforward and extremely easy to deal with. Once we picked out the car we wanted we worked with Al Malouk, the Desk Manager. This guy went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. No fast talk, no nonsense. Absolutely genuine person! You will never deal with anyone better or better at what he does. Finally, we worked with "Mama" in financing. A true queen! A financing guru! Mother of all deals! This lady can make it happen (o.a.c) ;) Again, it was a great experience. No stressfull overselling, no dramatic changes in pricing. These 3 folks are a definite dream-team. you are doing yourself a grave injustice if you're in the market for a vehicle and don't visit them. These folks love to go above and beyond any expectations to make sure you are well taken care of and completely satisfied. This is the type of dealership that you want to build a relationship with! Great service from Nick, I intend to get my car serviced at Cardinale Way from now on. I bought this car from Power Ford, used and I bought an extended warranty also. I asked Nick about it and he said we wi at Cardinale Way from now on. I bought this car from Power Ford, used and I bought an extended warranty also. I asked Nick about it and he said we will talk later if I need any warranty service. Do I need to carry a copy in the car at all times. The Ford warranty did not show up on Nicks computer. Is there a way we could still enter it as a secondary. It's a 2006 Miata so there is not much of a factory warranty left.The Ford person told me I could use it anywhere. More

I just bought a new Mazda 3 from this dealer. I took my car back in for some follow up service and these guys really took care of me. Nick made sure that all of the items I'd mentioned were taken care of. car back in for some follow up service and these guys really took care of me. Nick made sure that all of the items I'd mentioned were taken care of. They even washed the car and cleaned a spot on the inside of the car for me, which they weren't obligated to do. They seem to be very customer focused here at this dealership which is nice to see these days. More

He has a "never say die/quit" demeanor and was relentless in his efforts to make us happy with whatever it takes, he did it! Kris Gentry and another rep (I do not recall his name) drove two cars to our home along with a detailed print out of the loan/payment options for us to evaluate on each car. Al kept me updated every step of the way, I never felt left in the dark or unsure of what was going on in the entire process! Kris was extremely polite and very professional every step of the way and also wanted to make sure I was happy. Both gave me their personal cell phone number if something should come up that I would be able to reach them.
