Once we agreed on the price, terms, down payment, etc..we were turned over to finance with Tom. Tom also listened to what was important to us and explained the options available, when we left the room, our payment was actually less than we were quoted - after adding GAP insurance and a Premium Warranty! Our overall experience was fantastic, Kris was highly professional, knew his product very well, and worked hard to pair us with the right vehicle. Cardinale Way was very accomodating to my financial needs and were willing to work with me on my down payment. I originally went to this dealership to purchase a pre-owned Mazda, but I was able to leave that and were willing to work with me on my down payment. I originally went to this dealership to purchase a pre-owned Mazda, but I was able to leave that day with a brand new 2011 Mazda 3 with the color of my choice as well as the features I wanted. The experience only took a couple of hours to complete,mostly because it was a holiday weekend and they were a little backed up. This was the most pleasant experience that I have had buying a car. They did not use pressure sales tactics and did not put up a fight with me when we discussed down payments or monthly payments. I love this dealership and all the employees! I took my car in for its first oil change and everyone was so helpful. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted, they explained all of my options to what car in for its first oil change and everyone was so helpful.
