The service is helpful and very friendly, but is just like every other dealership in their pushiness. I don't want to feel pressured to do all these things and spend hundreds when I could take my busines like every other dealership in their pushiness. I don't want to feel pressured to do all these things and spend hundreds when I could take my business elsewhere. I want to keep my new car around the dealer for as long as I can, but sooner or later I won't be able to afford it. The people who work here are very friendly, and I would recommend them. But the pushiness needs to lessen. More
I contacted CardinaleWay via email about a used car they had listed on their lot. Blaze responded to my questions quickly and courteously. After arriving at CardinaleWay, I had to wait (less than 5 minute had listed on their lot. Blaze responded to my questions quickly and courteously. After arriving at CardinaleWay, I had to wait (less than 5 minutes, not a big deal) for Blaze to get back to the sales office from somewhere on the lot. While waiting, each CardinaleWay employee made sure that I'd been helped and several asked me if I wanted something to drink or if I was comfortable. The sales manager introduced himself to me while I waited and we had a pleasant conversation. No one was pushing a sale on me while I waited. It was refreshing. When Blaze arrived, he had the car ready and clean for me to inspect and drive. He allowed me to test drive the car how and where I pleased (as opposed to other dealers who only want/allow you to take a specific 5 minute route). He was professional but very personable; I often didn't feel like I was talking to a car salesman. I told him from the beginning that I was a cash buyer and that I wasn't interested in an extended warranty or other extras. Blaze made sure to replay this to the final finance officer, so when I signed the final title/reg/etc paperwork, there was very little hassle. I signed papers, paid for the car, and didn't feel pressured to buy these "extras" at all, just as I requested. I shopped around several dealers for this similar car. I did a Google search for CardinaleWay reviews, and I was a bit worried (a fair amount of negative reviews). However a friend had purchased a new car from CardinaleWay several years ago and had great things to say, so I went in to see for myself. I'm glad I did. In the end Blaze was able to beat the negotiated price I was quoted from another dealer, and I felt like I was treated very well. Blaze brought up a good point: There's nothing to keep other shady dealers/salesmen from posting negative reviews about a good dealer/salesmen. I found this to be true of the random reviews Google found, and it's clear CardinaleWay's high rating here on dealerrater.com is more accurate. I would recommend CardinaleWay to others, and when the time comes for my wife to replace her vehicle, I'll be contacting CardinaleWay again. More
Hi, my name is Vince, and I just recently purchased a Chrysler 300 from Cardinale Way. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The staff was very friendly an Chrysler 300 from Cardinale Way. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The staff was very friendly and courtious and amazingly not pushy at all! I had narrowed down my search for a vehicle over the internet and visited several different dealerships before I found the car I liked at Cardinale Way. I had called about it and they still had it in stock, Blaze had told us to come and take a look at it and when we got there I was immediately greeted by Blaze, he had already had the car washed and waiting for us. Blaze worked with us extremely well getting us to the right price and with a few added extras. Since this was a cash purchase the overall process was fairly fast. "Big Momma" made it as fast of a process as she could and had mentioned that she had another customer purchase a car recently with the same last name as mine, turns out my brother had purchased his car a few weeks earlier from Cardinale Way...what a coincidence!! Anyway I would like to thank the staff and everybody there at Cardinale Way for making my purchase as painless and pleasent as possible... and I would especially like to thank Blaze for all his help, and everything he had done for us, when I am ready for my next purchase, you can bet who I am gonna call first. Thanks again Blaze. More
Dealership was great. I purchased a new car at what I think is a great price. Everything at the dealer went well (could always go faster but Cardinale Way was as fast or faster than any other dealership think is a great price. Everything at the dealer went well (could always go faster but Cardinale Way was as fast or faster than any other dealership, so I'm not reducing my rating based on that). The salesman, Joe Stillo was great. He even gave me a coupon for a free dashmat he won at the Company Christmas party. Thanks Joe. Joanne "Ma Ma" from Finance was also super. We were trading off between paying cash or financing. I'd also warned Joe that I didn't want to get raked over the coals to buy an extended warranty and Joann didn't pressure us in any way. She even helped get better financing than the sales folks had offered so we kept the cash and got 1.9% in addition to a great price on the car. There was a hiccup with financing with Mazda North America that came after the purchase because I received the customer loyalty rebate. 3 weeks aftr the purchase we get a call...our rebate had been rejected. My last Mazda 3 had been totalled and this was a replacement. I waited a couple of months to get it (to get the insurance payout) and had misplaced the latest registration. No problem right, I purchased it from a Mazda dealership (not Cardinale Way) and financed it through Mazda financing, it'll be in the Mazda system right? Nope. Then the major headache with Mazda North America...what do they need: Not the original sales contract from the previous deal..that won't cut it Not insurance forms showing I had current insurance (by VIN) for the totalled car. Not record of warranty work on that car. Not the registration record from the original registration on that car. I finally found the old registration and got past this, but what a pain. Thanks to Cardinale Way for a great purchase experience but no thanks to Mazda North America for trying to burn a loyal customer out of the customer loyalty rebate. I can see demanding reasonable proof, but, give me a break, they have me in the database...look it up already. More

I was greeted in the most friendly and courteous manner and was directed , no escorted to the service department where I was introduced to Nick. Nick set up my appointment for the following week and when I and was directed , no escorted to the service department where I was introduced to Nick. Nick set up my appointment for the following week and when I returned again was met with the same co-operation. What a great dealership. If Arizona was to become my second home this would be my service depot. Thanks again, Ed Dickinson( a happy canuck) More
My Miata was due for a 5000 mile maintenance and Nick was very helpful when I called to schedue, then re-schedule the appointment. Once there he explained what they would be doing and had noted the things di very helpful when I called to schedue, then re-schedule the appointment. Nick was great! He explained everything that needed to be done to my car and gave me a competative price. Working with Matt was a pleasure, he helped us find a one of a kind deal on a car that would get us the better gas mileage we needed. This was our first time purchasing a car, and he and the salespeople real of a kind deal on a car that would get us the better gas mileage we needed. This was our first time purchasing a car, and he and the salespeople really made it a great experience. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and hospitable. We especially appreciated that the dealership claims to be a Christian organization and has a high standard of integrity. We have and will continue to recommend this dealership. More
Nick was very pleasant and helpful. He explained about additional services that I could take advantage of.
