I came in for service on my 2004 Mazda3 and I walked out with a 2010 Mazda3. Ramone was awesome. He explained things very well. I took my 2002 Mazda 626 in because the a/c was blowing hot air. Turned out that I needed a new condensor. The staff was very warm and gracious and got the repair done quickly. Then, last week, the car started blowing hot air again. I took it back over to Cardinale and Dave, the service rep I had worked with before, was there again. On first listen, he told me that he thought it was the compressor. A few hours later, Dave called and said that the condensor that they had replaced was shot again. The guys at Cardinale put a new one in for free (free part/free labor). They weren't sure that they were going to get reimbursed from the parts dealer (they said it might have been taken out by a lucky pebble), but they were going to do right by me no matter what. All told, I highly recommend this dealer. More

Once it came time to numbers, Phil assisted in the sale, and worked with us perfectly to get a vehicle that met our needs, and met our budget. He was a pleasure to work with. Mama helped with our financing, and we really completed the overall terrific experience for us. She was everything you would expect from someone with the nickname "mama", sweet and friendly! This experience far exceeded what we would have ever expected buying a car. I highly recommend them! If you want a great sales person, call Matt and make an appointment! Then know that throughout the buying process you will be taken care of completely. More

Also the finance part was relaxing not stressful.I bought my 1st car mazda 3 i touring 2010 and it is a very smooth and somewhat answer my questions. Decarus ("D") was the salesperson that helped my mother and I decide on and purchase a car. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various cars, their prices, and how that would breakdown for us as a mon and I decide on and purchase a car. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various cars, their prices, and how that would breakdown for us as a monthly payment. He steered us toward a better deal than we originally intended to take and once we made a decision, he did everything in his power to make sure we got the car in our price range. Mark, our financial guy that helped us with the paperwork, was equally helpful and friendly. I would happily recommend this dealership and the staff to any of my friends or family. More

They did not try to sell us anything we didn't want or need. The "number crunching" team was excellent. They gave us fair value on our trade-in and worked the numbers to get a deal we were happy with. Finnancing was quick and painless. Everything again was explained to us so we understood what we were signing. The car was detailed and had a full tank of gas when we walked out the door. We were given a quick tour of the dealership so we knew where to bring it for servicing. The entire experience from start to finish was awesome. Cardinale Way Mazda is how buying a new car should be. Thanks for all your effort guys. We would recommend you to anyone. More
