We knew what we were looking for; had seen the 2013 VW Jetta Sportwagen on their website and traveled 120 miles to see it. We had already been to three other dealerships in the Phoenix metro area and were just looking at this one before we made our final purchase at a previous dealership. WELL! Not only was this car clean, actually, IMMACULATE!, Darlene was so calm, so kind, and so knowledgeable of this vehicle, it was a pleasure working with her. We test drove the car and she guided us through a local business park so we could test the curves and turns and U-turns. It was fun! The negotiating process with GM Donny was easy and quick. The only thing was that the car needed a new windshield but since we live 120 miles away, we made an arrangement to have that taken care at home. Best dealership experience ever! Before I pulled out of the parking lot Darlene helped me set up my Bluetooth and ran me through some of the features. Driving home was a blast!
