Great Service Been buying Mazda’s for probably 10 yrs (7 cars) from Cardinale Way. Have had a couple Mazda3’s, two Mazda6’s, two CX5’s, and at this moment leasing a Been buying Mazda’s for probably 10 yrs (7 cars) from Cardinale Way. Have had a couple Mazda3’s, two Mazda6’s, two CX5’s, and at this moment leasing another CX5 for my daughter. She started out looking to buy and Ro helped us out and was very very courteous and sincere. We appreciated his humor, candor, and overall sincerity and courtesy. Used car prices were a bit beyond her range so Ro and sales Mgr Chris suggested a lease. We’ve leased before but never thought about it at this particular time. We talked it over, decided to lease a NEW vehicle, and voila! My daughter is in another Mazda! Dustin came over to chat with us about the lease and offer some advice! That advice was most appreciated! Mark the financial guy was very courteous and fast! Great service, great salespeople, great guys! Have also worked with GM Donny who’s an awesome guy, and Service Rep Nick has taken great care of us! More

Awesome Experience I have owned a 2014 CX5 Sport for almost 5 years and took it in to have the oil changed and get the rotors turned and ended up coming home with a 2018 I have owned a 2014 CX5 Sport for almost 5 years and took it in to have the oil changed and get the rotors turned and ended up coming home with a 2018 CX5 Touring, because they made me an offer too good to turn down. The service has always been excellent first with Steve Ross and now with Jesus, Darlene Ledbetter was a non-pressure knowledgeable salesperson, and Joean "Mama" Senatore was the best financial person to deal with. I felt they were respectful of my needs and fair and honest in their dealings with me. As a single woman you always worry about being taken advantage of, but not at this dealership. I feel God led me to this dealership in December 2013 and will continue to recommend them and have my vehicle serviced there even though it is 185 miles one way from my home. They treat me like family! More
