Very Disappointing I went to this dealership because they had the car I wanted. I drove hours out of my way, had agreed on a very specific deal ahead of time. No one ha I went to this dealership because they had the car I wanted. I drove hours out of my way, had agreed on a very specific deal ahead of time. No one had to sell me on the car and I did not haggle, I wanted as quick and easy a transaction as possible. Instead, I was misled and the car was needing a major part replacement, despite the car being touted as Certified Preowned, "like new" and ready to go. I was told it was a 3-day maximum fix but it spent 10 days in service. In addition to this, I found the finance manager to be unscrupulous and unethical, adding additional and unnecessary charges at the last minute without informing me. This whole ordeal was one of the most stressful and disappointing transactions of my life. This dealership brags that they are a "Christian organization" but what I experienced was just the opposite. The customer is treated as a "mark" rather than a person. With so many dealerships out there, I would recommend this place be avoided. More

He was able to pair me with the perfect vehicle for my family with ease. Rodney never gave me or my husband any of the typical “car salesman” run around. He was upfront from the very start and that is what earned him our business. In fact everyone at CardinaleWay Mazda was extremely friendly, courteous and nonaggressive in their sales tactics. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. I felt like I was being taken care of the entire time by all staff members but most especially Rodney. Even when I had questions after my purchase he was quick to help and get me the answers I needed without any runaround.
