I am in my early 70’s and thus have had multiple car-buying experiences. I must say that my experience with Corrie was the best one of all. She was very patient and answered all my questions (more than once). No pressure, no hassles, no insistent phone calls, no hidden add-on’s, just a complete effort on her part to find the car I wanted. And I made two trips from Tucson to Mesa to purchase from her based on a friend’s recommendation. I will be a repeat customer. I leased the car, and the finance team also made it a seamless experience. So, I would recommend Corrie and this dealership to others with no reservation. I’m very happy with my new Mazda. Best Ever This was the most HONEST and straightforward experience that I have ever had with any car dealership, and I have had quite a few over the years. Corri This was the most HONEST and straightforward experience that I have ever had with any car dealership, and I have had quite a few over the years. Corrie was a pleasure from beginning to end. It never felt like she was pressuring us, she was helping us all the way through. She was knowledgeable and friendly without ever feeling in any way fake or pushy, she was just genuinely interested in what we needed and wanted to make sure that we got it. She told us the truth right up front about what we would pay and those numbers never got higher. That is something that has never happened to me before with someone who is trying to sell me a car. My husband and I tend to stay away from car dealerships for that very reason, but Cardinale Way Mazda was fair and truthful from the first phone call to the last handshake. We didn’t get caught in the dreaded car buying time warp... wow! That’s a big deal, no game playing, we drove all the way out to Mesa from the farthest north end of Phoenix with some hesitation, but they were all incredibly respectful of our time. I didn’t know it was possible to buy a car that fast. Irvin in finance didn’t pressure us one bit for any add-ons that we weren’t interested in and was such a nice guy to work with. I can’t say enough about the staff, everyone there exceded our expectations. Oh, and by the way, I have never been more in love with a vehicle, my (almost brand new) Mazda 6 is a joy to drive!!! I've had more than a dozen dealership experiences over the years (I'll spare this review my overall opinion :)) and working with the Cardinale Mazda team was totally different from all others. Corrie was genuinely interested ONLY in matching us with something we loved - it was literally as though we were walking around with a knowledgeable friend - she had more questions than comments, she wanted to hear details about what we like, what we dislike, etc. and she never pressured or attempted to persuade us. She was happy, patient, accommodating (understatement!) and if she didn't know something she simply said so, and then found the answer for us. When it came time to work with the finance person, Irvin was great too - he's a pleasant and knowledgeable gentleman with a great sense of humor (seriously, a finance guy who I could hang out with and talk to without ever glancing at the clock? THAT'S special :)) The whole team is down-to-earth, it was just remarkable. And Corrie checked in with us to make sure Irvin was moving things along quickly so we get out before rush hour :) (wasn't necessary - I'd have been happy to stay all day, but Irvin had us on our way FAST). Again I've never had an experience like this and I look forward now to my next car-buying experience, Cardinale Way Mazda will be the first place I go, no question about it. More
