Price for the services needed for the 60K service was way WAY out of the ball park for what needed to be done. I will be looking for more inexpensive places to get my oil, brake, transmission, and other flu WAY out of the ball park for what needed to be done. I found the service department friendly, helpful, explained things well. Service department explained all possible senerios in regards to my extended warranty and problem solved the issue of maybe ne explained things well. Actually got to talk to the gentelman that was serviceing my car in the back. Felt that my time was as importatnt as theirs. Ultimatley the service department and dealership left me feeling confident and secure in my service for the day which was an ease of mind since I live 3 and a half hours away. We took our Mazda5 in to confirm that it was covered by the Voluntary Safety Recall 6010H (power steering, and scheduled the repair at a convenient time. Mr. Ross was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely contact Mr. Ross when we schedule future service for our Mazda5. More
Very friendly dealership. Did not buy the vehicle there but that did not stop the staff from being quite helpful to out of Staters, especially Mr. Santarsiero. We stopped in to have a 2nd key made for a us but that did not stop the staff from being quite helpful to out of Staters, especially Mr. Santarsiero. Three of the six Mazda's my wife and I have owned, came from Cardinale Way Mazda. Other than the fact that Mazdas are great cars, the service is always good at Cardinale Way. I just took my RX8 in for se from Cardinale Way Mazda. Other than the fact that Mazdas are great cars, the service is always good at Cardinale Way. I just took my RX8 in for service and met Service Advisor Steve Ross. Despite being a very busy service department, Steve met me at the door and immediately had my service records up on the computer. I just wanted an oil change and rather than standing there trying to "sell" me more services Steve simply asked if I wanted my car washed after the oil change. After a reasonable amount of time, Steve came to me and told me the service tech really recomended a tire rotation. Again, no pressure, just an attitude of really wanting me to get the most out of my service visit. Fifteen minutes and $19.95 later, I was out the door knowing my that my RX8 was ready to go and I was feeling pretty good about the whole process mainly because of Steve's attitude and professionalism. More

Nick was able to get me in for an oilchange without an appointment as I went to a last minute lunch with a friend. The car was done before I was. The service is helpful and very friendly, but is just like every other dealership in their pushiness. I don't want to feel pressured to do all these things and spend hundreds when I could take my busines like every other dealership in their pushiness. I want to keep my new car around the dealer for as long as I can, but sooner or later I won't be able to afford it. The people who work here are very friendly, and I would recommend them. But the pushiness needs to lessen. More
