Our salesperson, Justin, did a bang up job and we chose the next truck. They appraised his current truck and worked up a fair price for the new one on their worksheet. The next morning Peter called and confirmed we wanted to buy. Unfortunately they didn’t have the color we wanted and we were told to wait. Yesterday we went in since we saw they had one in stock (from online sources). The Sales Manager, Louis, was quick to say he could get one for us since they really didn’t have any onsite. Next thing we knew, Louis was bringing the appraisal out and explained that the OWNER had made a mistake and had added an additional 9K to the “appropriate “ appraisal amount. So sorry but “either you want the car or you don’t “. Hey, we all make mistakes so we said to go ahead with the sale. The next thing we know the invoice comes out adding back the thousands they had discounted on the worksheet. I ask for the owner to come out so we could talk this over. He refused to come out, sending Louis. The worksheet Justin had initially shown us was magically missing from our file. Louis did his best suggesting we were actually buying a totally different make of truck as “ he would never have put these numbers together “ With such a lack of intergrity and character we left. This was the second Buick we have purchased from this dealership. I called to schedule a test drive for my daughter, but my husband couldn't go with us. They let us take the car home and drive it for a couple of days to see how my daughter would like it and so my husband could check it out. I called to let them know we would be back in to buy it. I did a preliminary credit app online, and the process, once we got to the dealership went smoothly and very quickly. We received a competitive interest rate from one of their finance companies, and it wasn't long before we were driving off the lot with my daughter's new Encore! They couldn't have made it any easier or more pleasant. No high pressure sales tactics either. It was truly a great customer service experience!! More

Bad clear coat and paint 2014 Suburban 2014 Suburban taken into shop with blemish in paint on hood in February 2019. Told by employee this was due to heat from engine. This issue has now sp 2014 Suburban taken into shop with blemish in paint on hood in February 2019. Told by employee this was due to heat from engine. This issue has now spread across the entire hood and started on the roof. Upon taking to multiple collision centers I was told this is oxidizing and should be returned to the dealer. After speaking to multiple folks in the shop over an hour and a half, it was summarily dismissed as the can’t do anything as it’s out of warranty. Carl Black will not be selling me another $55k plus truck again and true to GM as well. More
