Always a game. My salesman was friendly and helpful, trying to make a deal at Carl Black is always a challenge. Have been here many times but this was our first and last purchase here. Finally agree on a price then the screw you over on financing and trying to do all the bs add one. I have a credit score in the high 800s and they tried to pull the “you don’t qualify for our preferred rate” so I already had off site financing lined up. I have had the car 4 months and we are having some issues and we have called service 3 times this week, waited forever on hold to speak to a service person, then we get they are busy, take name and number and will have them call you right back, guess what, still after a week, no phone call back.... Awesome- I was looking for a good value 2018 Buick Encore for my 16 year old daughter- we are in a smaller city and the availability is much better in ATL and I was looking for a good value 2018 Buick Encore for my 16 year old daughter- we are in a smaller city and the availability is much better in ATL and CLT- after being baited and switched several times by other dealers, I contacted Carl Black (I had missed them before because they were out of the 150 mile radius of GVL, SC)- Within less than 24 hours we had an agreement and the car was waiting on us when we arrived. Great people, no games. More
