Bill (the sales representative) greeted us and was very helpful and understanding. He knew I was just looking, and did not pressure me into any decisions. I told him I wanted the bottom line number before even discussing anything further and he was prompt to giving me two different bottom line prices on two different vehicles I expressed and interest in. After deciding to talk further, he got the price down even a little further for me. I was very satisfied with my decision to go with Carl Black and to have their assistance and reassurance the whole way through.
