From the second I arrived on My initial contact started via internet with Sam Potres, and I ended up (due to scheduling) working with Cameron Mahoozi. From the second I arrived on the lot, I was greeted with a genuine and welcoming smile. Cameron was paged for me and he greeted and acknowledged my children and myself. I was nervous and not expecting much to come of my visit because of previous financial challenges. Cameron walked me through the lot and was honest about what my options might be. It didn't take much time before we took a pre-owned vehicle out for a test drive, which was great but again, not expecting great results. We went inside and he showed the kids where the playroom and refreshments were, even when my rambunctious toddler came to "assist with paperwork" he made her a part of the process. When I say paperwork, he did much of the filling in the blanks and we came up with something he thought they could work with. He left to go speak with finance and I waited, again expecting a "sorry, we can't help you at this time" He kept me informed as the process went along, checking in often to brief me on the progress. To my surprise he came back with a smile and a handshake, I was approved for the car I wanted/NEEDED!! (Totally cried) My kids and I were excited and I was honestly, in shock. Fernando in the financing office was able to help me with a more than manageable monthly payment and the paperwork was a breeze!! What an amazing day that was, definitely have a life long customer here!! More
