Highly recommend Troy Baldwin in sales because he is so patient and he really listens to what your needs are before he starts recommending cars that aren't even in your market. When we were negotiating the purchase, it was so smooth because of how Troy and Sonny worked so perfectly together with me until we were able to reach an agreement. Finally, when I got over to Finance to sign all of the paperwork Fernando was so knowledgeable on the process that too flowed so smooth that it was very fast signing all of the documents. Next thing I knew my baby and I were driving off in our new Jeep! It was the second car we bought from that dealership and Troy helped us both times. You can bet we will definitely be back a 3rd time! Thanks to Kyle the GM for running a top notch business, people like you and I can really benefit from a flawless car buying experience... More

Buying a car was a very difficult process especially since we struggled with horrible salesmen that were more concerned with making a sale then getting us in the right car. That was not the experience we had with Breen, he made my wife and I very comfortable with the entire process. Breen is a great asset to the Carl Burger sales floor. He is extremely friendly and very approachable unlike most of the other sales that we met during our car buying experience. With the lifetime warranty program we definitely believe that even our next car will be a Jeep and hopefully Breen will still be a sales there. We did not expect to buy a car at all so much so I Didn't even have my cell phone on me (which Breen let me use his cell to contact my car insurance company) or even my pink slip for my trade in on me. But because of Breens amazing customer service and great friendly salesmen attitude we felt ready to buy, after around 15 dealerships I might add. We were also helped in finance by Bennett Owen which was extremely helpful and not pushy at all when we discussed financing and how we wanted to pay. He even offered us a better deal on financing then we were already pr-qualified for through our credit union. He was very patient with us even though it was the end of the night and there was members in line to see him after us. He made sure that we left the dealership happy and content with our purchase that we could now afford. More

This may sound like a little thing but it is HUGE as my child has Autism and is fixated on her audio books. And when I cleaned out the car forgot to get the one out of the CD player. Went in for a 2006 Chrysler but turned out there was problems with that particular car. Sam showed us different options. We came out with a 2010 chrysler 300. Sam was friendly and knowledgable. The right place to go. Not Pushy, which I love. Well to begin with I wanted to trade my car so I went to auto trader and Brandi emailed me about coming to visit the Lot. So when we had time we decided to go just look around. Well we began with Sonny who was very courteous even tho they were really busy. And assigned Javier to work with us to qualify us as opposed to falling in love with a car we could not get. He was very funny and personable. We check our credit looked for our best options and surprisingly fast we drove away in a 2015 Chrysler 200, They streamlined the process and it was easy.
