I was looking to by a car for my teenage daughter and was trying to find a newer used car with low miles at a fair price and was having a hard time. I had visited several dealers and was starting to get discouraged. Then I saw an advertisement on the autotrader for Carl Burger's listing some sale prices which seemed to good to be true. I then sent a request for information on the vehicles to Eric Cermeno in the Internet and Fleet Sales department. He responded promptly and provided me with the information I requested along with price quotes for the vehicles I was interested in. The prices were so good I immediately called to make an appointment. I had a a pretty good down payment but still needed to apply for a loan. I've had some credit issues in the past and was expecting to pay a very high interest rate and thought I might possibly be denied. To my surprise not only was able to get me pre-approved, but the interest rate was half what I was expecting. My daughter and I went to the dealership and met with Eric. He had the vehicles ready and waiting for us to drive. The environment was totally kicked back, no high pressure tactics or b.s. with pricing. Just straight forward fair and honest pricing. Not only did I get the car I wanted for my daughter, but I was able to get it loaded with options at a price much lower than the market value listed at all the car research websites. This was my first time at Carl burger but it won't be the last. Next, year I'm planning to by myself a new vehicle and this is where I'll be buying it. I have purchased mulitiple vehicles, each vehicle taking me 5+ hours to get it sold to me. This experience was the first time i have not needed to wait very long for an answer. His courteous, friendly, and professional work ethic got me in and out of the dealership in 2 hours. I was shocked at how quick it took. He made sure i was alright though out the visit offering water, a seat, and he took my pickiness and difficulty deciding my options and worked with me to decide quick and easy explaining each feature whether it be useful based on what i needed the vehicle for. My Husband and I drove, and researched a lot of small to midsize SUV's. We always came back to the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. For one the Jeep was going to meet all our needs and secondly Robert Peters gav midsize SUV's. We always came back to the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Robert knew his Jeeps inside and out and took the time to show us the Jeep even though he knew we were just looking. We test drove the Jeep and fell in love with the comfort and ride of the Jeep immediately. It had great leg room and didn't feel crowded in the front seats for my husband's 6'3'' body. The only negatives that we "thought" we found was gas mileage and uncomfortable back seats. But we found that comparable SUV's were running at or around the same MPG's and after our second visit to Jeep Robert put my mind at ease when he showed me that the backseats can adjust to recline! It made the backseats much more appealing and comfortable! Before our final visit my husband contacted Robert with exact things we were looking for in our Jeep. Robert took the time to go through the inventory and find the Jeeps that closely matched our needs. Once again Robert took his time with us still knowing we may not purchase the Jeep. He was never negative about other types of cars and if he wasn't sure about something he was happy to find the answer. Robert made our purchase of our new Jeep pleasant. After shopping around a LOT, we decided to come back and allow Sonny to sell us the car he had. I had a lot of discrepancies with the vehicle (it was a FRESH trade in, and it belonged to an infantryman/marine) and Sonny had it taken care of before I could even stress about it. Not only did he meet me with a reasonable price, he never rushed me in any decision making unlike many car salesmen.. and he was truly concerned with what we wanted. Which was a first for me. He was very respectful, very patient, and very communicative, and most of all… honest! We had some off the wall requests, and were constantly texting back and forth about the car. I even bugged him during Thanksgiving because I had a question! (even though it could have waited till the next day lol). Plain and simple, Sonny was an extremely helpful and amazing salesmen.
