They called me and asked me if I wanted to sell my Challenger, which I hadn't thought about it but since I was going in for an oil change, I sat down and talked to them. The service department does good work as they serviced my other Challenger. I'm going to trade this car in after a couple of years and keep doing business with them. We had recently been looking to buy a new RAM 2500 4 WD Diesel and had not been impressed with the attitude/follow-up from the dealers near our home. During a visit to our grandson in San Diego (200 miles from home) we decided to check out a local dealer just for fun. An hour later we were the happy owners of a new truck. The customer service and attitudes were very refreshing. (especially in 2012) Our sales consultant Joe Perkins was awesome. After the sale we had a couple follow-up questions and he got back to us within the hour with the answers. JJ Carr the sales manager was great to deal with as well as Fernando and the finance guys Mike and Bennett.
