We were contacted just as we sat there from the financial institute who financed for us, we couldn't believe it, left US with our heads spinning. We NEVER would have thought based on where we live, that we would EVER go to La Mesa to purchase a vehicle, seemed so out of the way for us but NEVER thought we would EVER consider a Jeep but once we researched it, found it online that was the end of the long drawn out constant search for what we believe, for us, is the "PERFECT" vehicle. We love our jeep, can't begin to say enough good things about it and love the customer service, although preowned we were told they would through in a year of oil changes, great discount in the service dept when we decided we would want to add our trailer hitch if we decided to go with them and the fact they offer a gathering for customers monthly, how could we have gone wrong, best experience EVER and we have been married for almost 40 yrs and have purchased 36 vehicles over all these years...couldn't be happier and we have NOT one complaint nor can we find one thing that we didn't agree with, problem free buying, quick as a wink of the eye and we just loved how Eric handled EVERYTHING for us, he respected that we were older and was so excellent in the manner in which he handled our purchase and how respectful he was of us as the "customers", cordial & very proper. David has been a huge help to me. Why, because My alarm used to go anytime, anywhere. For three years the service manager I had at that time could't fix it. then came David, First time with him and it was used to go anytime, anywhere. Today my turn signal stopped, I called and he said come on right down and in no time at all I was on the road again as good as new. For only $ 3.26. David is polite, fast and fixes it the first time. when I take the car in for oil changes, he always make recommendations as what we need to now and later. I worked with Julio to custom order and purchase a 2013 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. We originally worked out the deal and placed the order in June, but the factory changed over model years and sent us a 2013 R Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. We originally worked out the deal and placed the order in June, but the factory changed over model years and sent us a 2013 Rubicon, they wouldn't honor the 36 month zero interest loan package we'd agreed upon. Julio was able to work with management to reduce the package price to work around the problem. The new Rubicon arrived last week with scratches on both front fenders, and Julio was able to work the the GM to get the body shop to repaint both fenders and get me the Jeep last Friday. When I purchased the new Rubicon, I also purchased the lifetime drive train warranty, and I hope that the dealership's service shop fully honors the warranty over the time I own the new Jeep. The final product looks and drives great and I look forward to many happy years with it. I have already told friends interested in buying a similar Rubicon to check out Carl Burger Dodge and ask for Julio. Thanks for a good buying experience.
