We started our journey with Carlton Mercedes-Benz by wanting to look at a C300. After sending in an online request, Connor Burton reached out to us and a meeting was set up. After driving the C300 we knew we would be better suited for a larger vehicle. We set the parameters of what we were looking for with Connor. In less than a week Connor had the vehicle we finally purchased. During this process, we found Connor was polite, responsive, not overbearing or pushy and very well informed on the Mercedes-Benz line of cars. He kept in touch with us by several means, so we knew the process was moving forward. As a side note, the dreaded warranty extension process was fairly explained and handled. Connors involvement went beyond the purchase. He availed himself to be at our disposal for any future questions or follow-up items. Connor Burton is an asset to Carlton Mercedes-Benz.
