Willie is one of the nicest Sales Professionals that I have ever dealt with and I have bought a lot of cars in my 67 years. There was no haggling, Carlton gave me a fair amount for my trade and a fair price for the ML350. It probably took 5 minutes to agree on the deal. Willie then spent quite a while going over all of the features on the ML and made sure we were comfortable with them and understood them. The owner, Mr. Carlton came over and personally greeted us and asked if we were satisfied with the deal and stayed and chatted a bit. I can't say enough good about Willie and the dealership! What a great experience. I would highly recommend Carlton Motorcars and if you go in, ask for Willie! You won't be sorry! More
