Jeff was honestly the best salesman I have ever delt with in buying a vehicle at a dealership. Typically salesman push me away as soon as I get there , you can just tell they will say anything you want to hear just so you will purchase their vehicle and make them a sale . However Jeff wasn't like that at , he never pressured me , never told me a lie , and worked with me the whole way . Every question I asked he had and answer for no hesitation , and he helped me figure out what vehicle would better fit my budget. He told me he was a new salesman to the team , but I would have never have none . I actually enjoyed my experience in buying a new vehicle which made me surprised because normally it's stressful . Also I was surprised of the honest value Carman gave me for my jeep trade in . My total experience was awesome , and I can say thanks to Jeff and the team again. serendipity Wandered into Carman on a whim. We had been looking for a used Ram 1500 for some time. Sunday the dealership was closed...but we wandered the lot and Wandered into Carman on a whim. We had been looking for a used Ram 1500 for some time. Sunday the dealership was closed...but we wandered the lot and found several candidates.Came back Monday for test drives. Anthony, our salesman, was extremely helpful and engaging. Got us set up with several test drives. We found a favorite Ram 1500 and started serious negotiations to buy. But had to leave in the middle to pick up our child from school. No problem.. just take an extended test drive said Anthony, and we did! Came back in 2 hours and closed the deal. Carman was very helpful with financing! Made a deal we were happy with. One thing! the Ram 1500 had a windshield crack. Carman said they would get it fixed. Yesterday the windshield company came to my home and did an excellent job of replacing the wind screen. Thank you Carman! I've never seen so many Ram 1500's, 2500's, and Ram 3500's at one dealership before. If it's a Ram you want, Carman has it! Good Terms, great service, great people! Go to other dealerships...but see Carman last! They are the best! More
