I got to deal with Mike Brooks and when I told Mike what I wanted he delivered. I drove away in the car I wanted, with the package I wanted and with the payments I wanted. I got to know about Mike's family and he about mine. I wasn't in the dealership long but in the short amount of time I spent there I can see that everyone there really enjoys what they do and they really do put the customer first never once did I feel uncomfortable. In closing I will say that when it is time for another I will purchase from Carman, out of the 8 cars I have purchased in life this was the single greatest car buying experience I have had!!!!! Schedule Maintenance Scheduled maintenance on 2014 Dodge Ram with Cummings, Oil change and Tire rotation priced a little high but expected for diesel service. Fuel filters change was $ 350.00 for both filters, seemed a little pricey, but foolish not to have changed. Service did not reset in truck computer for oil and filter, would think they would. Serviced recalls as well. Never got price for installation of back up camera as asked. All Service got completed on time when they said it would. More
