Dealership was empty besides us so they were able to process our transaction rather quickly. They were flexible on the trade-in price. Deal went very smoothly. In addition it took several follow-ups to receive information on our tags we were forced to make a special trip to the dealership for them so that we didn't have to drive around with expired tags. If you have the option, I'd recommend going to another dealership. More

Carman Ford made it EASY! My husband and I walked into the dealership at 6:45 last night; we walked out with car keys by 9:15. Greg Grimaldi was our salesperson. He was very helpful and congenial.
