Our sales rep, Kurt, was very informative, attentive and thorough as we worked through the purchase. Carter Chevrolet is unlike your typical new car dealership. The environment from the time we walked in the front door is just very casual and friendly. Everyone we dealt with were great. While the atmosphere is a relaxed one, everyone had a strong sense of urgency to make sure we were taken care of. There slogan of "selling cars and making friends" is absolutely on point. We liked the no haggle pricing. We did a lot of research on the vehicle we wanted before selecting Carter's and we found their pricing to be the lowest in the area. Great selection of vehicles to chose from. This was not the car buying experience we had in the past. No pressure, no haggle, friendly people and great vehicles. What more could you want. AND the voucher for Eischen's Chicken doesn't hurt. We will definitely share our experience with our friends and family. More

Easy. Fast. Great! I looked online for what they have and picked out the one I wanted. They called me about 5 mins after putting my info in.
