Recently purchased my vehicle at this dealership. Overall, I had a great experience with the sales department. Fast forward several months later, I began to have issues with that same vehicle. I decided to bring it to Carter Chevrolet. They scheduled me a week out. When I brought the truck on Wednesday, I had requested just a diagnostic test to be ran (since I was paying out pocket). I had no update that whole day so I decided to give them a call. They told me they would ask around. I called them Thursday afternoon and informed that they were working on it then. They would then provide an update by the end of the day. I did not receive a call so I decided to pickup the vehicle on Friday morning. Upon arrival, they informed that they "didn't get to it" and "you got to love it". Extremely dissatisfied with communication and service.
