They are always very nice, and they get the oil changed pretty fast. I don’t have to wait very long. I wish they could get my radio fixed, still an aggravating problem. I was referred to Carter Chevrolet from a cousin who told this is the place to purchase a truck. My salesman was Andy Hicks who didnt seem like a salesman at all. Truck Service Recently purchased my vehicle at this dealership. Overall, I had a great experience with the sales department. Fast forward several months later, I began to have issues with that same vehicle. I decided to bring it to Carter Chevrolet. They scheduled me a week out. When I brought the truck on Wednesday, I had requested just a diagnostic test to be ran (since I was paying out pocket). I had no update that whole day so I decided to give them a call. They told me they would ask around. I called them Thursday afternoon and informed that they were working on it then. They would then provide an update by the end of the day. I did not receive a call so I decided to pickup the vehicle on Friday morning. Upon arrival, they informed that they "didn't get to it" and "you got to love it". Extremely dissatisfied with communication and service. More

Quick repair and amazing service I had an unexpected repair come up on my Silverado. I contacted Carter Chevrolet and they were very helpful and quick to get me into the shop to see w I had an unexpected repair come up on my Silverado. I contacted Carter Chevrolet and they were very helpful and quick to get me into the shop to see what was going on. They did have to purchase a part which took some time. However, when it came in they were quick to get me in the shop and fixed back up. I would recommend them to anyone. A big shout-out to Andy and Jason for all their help ( as well as the guys in the service department.) I will be back, just hopefully not with repairs. ;) More
