I was referred to Carter Chevrolet from a cousin who told this is the place to purchase a truck. My salesman was Andy Hicks who didnt seem like a salesman at all. I felt very comfortable and not pressured whatsoever. They worked for me in everyway. I would highly recommend Cater Chevrolet to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. Everyone there was extremly courteous professional and relaxed. Ask for Andy is all I can say.

"Truck Service"

Recently purchased my vehicle at this dealership. Overall, I had a great experience with the sales department. Fast forward several months later, I began to have issues with that same vehicle. I decided to bring it to Carter Chevrolet. They scheduled me a week out. When I brought the truck on Wednesday, I had requested just a diagnostic test to be ran (since I was paying out pocket). I had no update that whole day so I decided to give them a call. They told me they would ask around. I called them Thursday afternoon and informed that they were working on it then. They would then provide an update by the end of the day. I did not receive a call so I decided to pickup the vehicle on Friday morning. Upon arrival, they informed that they "didn't get to it" and "you got to love it". Extremely dissatisfied with communication and service.

"Quick repair and amazing service"

I had an unexpected repair come up on my Silverado. I contacted Carter Chevrolet and they were very helpful and quick to get me into the shop to see what was going on. They did have to purchase a part which took some time. However, when it came in they were quick to get me in the shop and fixed back up. I would recommend them to anyone. A big shout-out to Andy and Jason for all their help ( as well as the guys in the service department.) I will be back, just hopefully not with repairs. ;)

Purchased an impala from another dealer, clear coat came off during a wash. Couldnt get help.. Called Carters and brought car to them. Service said not a problem and bam, had my car back within 4 days good as new. Warranty work but couldnt get any other dealer to help me. Carters by far went above and beyond! Thank you Carter Chevrolet.

"Service Repair and purchase"

2012 Equinox started leaking oil so brought into dealer. Telephone call about car received same day.Service manager explained diagnosis thoroughly. Extensive repaired neede to be done. Decided to purchase different vehicle which had less miles and no maintenance problems. Sales person recommended a used car which I had seen on line and was reasonable quote. Took for test drive. Really liked it. Sales person, financial manager and service friendly and genuine. Will definitely continue to deal with maintenance for and future purchases.
