This dealership continues a disappointing purchase experience that carried over to the service department. I received a notification that I had an appointment at 0730 so I was prepared for someone to be by to pick up my M5 but I finally received a call at 1000 asking if I was ready. So my car was finally returned to me at nearly 7pm that day. Ridiculous planning and communication is the common issue I have had with this dealership. Best yet I’m sure the dealership will say it was in some way my fault they can’t schedule or follow through correctly despite my punctually and continued communication on text email and phone More
