Dennis worked with me to help me find the car that had everything I wanted and then some. He’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and forms a relationship which is important. It’s a car, not a hamburger. Having a relationship with a sales advisor is very important. I feel like if I have questions, concerns, problems I trust they’ll get resolved. I’ve been with other dealers that just see you as a sale and not a person and use every step of the process to oversell you, add on stuff you don’t want or need but that’s not the case here. Casey BMW earned my business for life. More
