Rick is amazing, no pressures, no tricky sales tactics, he just let the product speak for itself and then negotiated with us honest broker style! Really appreciate all the small things he did to help us with the buy. Better yet, his attention to detail was incredible to include calling me daily until the car was ready. When I picked up the car, he noticed a small area that wasn't buffed out all the way, so he took it around back and did it himself. Joe was incredible too. No gimicky stuff, no pressures, just sound advice with the most professional demeanor! Absolutely recommend this dealership for anyone who wants a great car buying experience. Did I mention that Rick called me back a couple days after to make sure we liked everything and didn't need anything!! A+++ service all around! I did however, discover that the cars cigaratte lighter wasn’t working. I assume it’s just a blown fuse but I was disappointed when the sales manager refused to have it looked at.
