ALL STAR TEAM ! !!! I arrived close to closing running late for a scheduled appointment and was merely going in to reschedule. I was met by a young man named (Alexx !!! I was met by a young man named (Alexxio Gonzalez) who explained he would be happy to assist and no need to reschedule. Alexxio was very polished and knowledgable answering my questions and when he needed clarity for my request he quickly expedited to manager. Alexxio offered refreshments while he briefly stepped out. Upon return he was accompanied by manager (Lloyd Howell) who smiled and said the magic words I was waiting to hear………YES! We can definitely make that happen for you Ms. Robertson! Before leaving I stated to Alexxio “ you have been very helpful and I’m sure your manager is proud of you” as he had informed he was fairly new to the team and replied with sincerity “ I hope so” The positive energy,,transparency and clear communication skills were EXCEPTIONAL and very much appreciated!
