Please do yourself a favor and do not have your car serviced at an Casey Automotive Group dealership. I had an issue with the well-documented problem of the shark-fin antenna leaking and damaging the T serviced at an Casey Automotive Group dealership. I had an issue with the well-documented problem of the shark-fin antenna leaking and damaging the TCU module. BMW corporate was told by Casey BMW that I caused the leak and therefore BMW would not cover the damage. This was an outright lie and done only to cause me to pay for the entire repair amount of over $2,500. They lied to BMW because they would have received less from BMW than they did from me! More

All customers are different and she knows that timely and honest communication is key to get my business. My car was due for regular maintenance, in addition to a new battery and brakes. Julia arranged service that fit into my schedule and at a very competitive cost. Finally, kudos to Jeff who is outstanding at intake and "just" a nice guy.
