Beware On Labor Day of this year, 9/4/2017, I purchased a "Certified" used vehicle from the Casey Chevrolet Used lot on J Clyde Morris in Newport News, Virgi On Labor Day of this year, 9/4/2017, I purchased a "Certified" used vehicle from the Casey Chevrolet Used lot on J Clyde Morris in Newport News, Virginia. All went somewhat well, although hurried to complete the purchase, but, it was a Holiday and I'm sure folks wanted to get home to their families for same. The deal was done, financing in place, papers signed for same (by all parties), and items to be provided after purchase such as the spare key, owners manual, and other would be found where stored, and provided after the Holiday. Here is the lesson learned as it played out after the signed sale completion on 9/4/2017, hence, "Beware". In no order or importance. 1. Got in the vehicle to leave the lot after purchase, 1/4 tank of gas in place. 2. Vehicle wiped down, not cleaned prior to delivery as requested. 3. Noticed next day on the finance papers after signing (my oversight), I had been charged for a "Extended" warranty which I did not ask for. The Dealership offers a 2 Year basic warranty which I was going to rely on and make use of. Called dealership on 9/5/2017 to ask inquire on such. 4. Returned to the dealership on 9/8/2017 to pick up extra key and ask about the "Extended" warranty I had been charged for without asking for, and was confronted with the surprise that my "signed" by all parties financing paperwork from the original sale on 9/4/2017, had changed to a different APR% rate changing such financing , and the spare key, and owners manual were of no worry to them. 5. The dealership offers a 3 day return of vehicle policy after sale, however, I could not get a phone call or email back until the 4th day. I post this as a tool to help others deal with what can be expected at this dealership. More

JEFF AMOS SERVICE DEPT. ON 8/11/17 CAME TO SERVICE DEPT. JUST TO MAKE A APPT. FOR STATE INSPECTION FOR VETTE, SERVICE DEPT. WAS VERY BACKED UP.
