I leased a 2017 Sorento 3 years ago from Casey Kia. Overall, my experiences with this dealership have been horrible. Basic service, such as oil changes, are not a problem. Other issues require 2 to 3 visits to get the repair done correctly. In February, we were contacted by the dealership to ask us to come in and DISCUSS OUR OPTIONS as the end of the lease approached. My wife and I made an appointment to meet with a salesperson. When we got there, we were immediately met with high pressure sales tactics. We explained several times that we would not purchase or lease another car that day, but were only here to discuss our options- whether to purchase/ lease another vehicle or buy the car we currently leased. That, apparently, was not good enough for the sales staff, to include the sales manager, who told we absolutely needed to get a deal done that day. They showed us numbers of what a new deal would be, but refused to explain the numbers. Stupidly, I gave them the keys to my car to determine the current value should we want to trade. After telling them for the tenth time I did not want a new car this day, I asked for my keys so I could leave. They refused. I asked a second time, again, they refused. I finally yelled to return my keys and I got them back. My wife and I eventually leased a new vehicle from one of their competitors. I turned in the the 2017 Kia that I leased from Casey Kia 3 years ago on May 13. At that time, I was given the license plates to turn in to DMV. They would not do it, even though DMV is closed as a result of the Covid 19 pandemic. Now I have to carry insurance on a car that I no longer have until I can get the license plates surrendered to DMV. I called again on May 15, explaining that I saw on the DMV web site I could not surrender the license plates. Still no help. This place doesn't care about their customers. Between the high pressure sales staff, the overall poor service, and rude attitudes, I would give a negative 5 star rating if I could. Never again will I have any business dealings with Casey Kia. Horrible experience. More

The Best of the Best! I have purchased 2 cars from Casey Kia and when my daughter was in the market for her first solo car purchase, I did not hesitate to contact the GM, R I have purchased 2 cars from Casey Kia and when my daughter was in the market for her first solo car purchase, I did not hesitate to contact the GM, Roberto Dial, and ask for their help. First thing this morning we met Mr. Charles Archer. Charles was very patient and thorough, ensuring my daughter understood everything that was presented to her. As a mom, I could not have asked for better care for my daughter. Once she was all taken care of, Charles was willing to run some numbers for me to see if he could put me in a brand new 2020 Kia Soul. I was skeptical we could work out a deal and I was perfectly satisfied already with my 2019 Soul. Lo and behold, this miracle worker made it happen so I was able to drive home in a 2020 Mars Orange Kia Soul. It's beautiful! I can't say enough about Charles' kindness, spirit of service, and willingness to go the extra mile. Between the 2 deals myself and my daughter made today with Charles, I am beyond happy and secure in the knowledge that we were both well taken care of in every aspect of our purchases. I strongly recommend Charles Archer if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. You will be in great hands with Charles and his phenomenal manager, Roberto Dial. He did not approach me as a salesperson; he approached the whole appointment professionally, as a human being who genuinely cares about his clients. He made the entire experience more than comfortable and went out of his way to ensure that I was nothing less than 100% happy with both my visit and purchase. I am young, in my 20s, and not very educated in the aspects that go into purchasing a vehicle, however, I left with a WONDERFUL suv, in PERFECT condition, with LOW payments, and nothing but PHENOMENAL things to say about Charles Archer.
