I am someone that likes to receive lots of updates through the process of placing the order through time of delivery, and I got a lot of updates from my salesman, Mike! Cassens did a great job getting me a good trade-in for my old vehicle, as well as good discounts/rebates on my new Grand Cherokee. Dealing with the financing department (Jack), was super simple and quick. We have now had our new Jeep for about 5 days and we love it!
