My first purchase with them was a great experience and they got me in exactly what I wanted all I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. My first purchase with them was a great experience and they got me in exactly what I wanted all while working with my tight budget! Now a few years later I was ready to upgrade and there was no questioning I was definitely going back to castle! They remembered who I was years later and welcomed me in like I was family. Service nightmare I came in to get a quick oil change, and all I saw was the service department hitting on a girl! So I waited for like 7 minutes for someone to even g I came in to get a quick oil change, and all I saw was the service department hitting on a girl! So I waited for like 7 minutes for someone to even greet me and it never happened. So I interrupted the boys hitting on this young lady asking how long it would take for an oil change. Ignorantly because I broke up is flirting session he said do you have an appointment. I said I do not and he said well you need an appointment have a nice day and went about talking to this girl again. More
