I received a phone call from Mr. Tom Hackett desiring to compensate me for the negative parts of my leasing experience. He offered to split the difference in costs for the financial quoting error that was made and refund a payment to me. I accepted his offer and appreciated the fact that Castle did reach out to me to make good on a bad experience. I want to acknowledge them and thank them for following up with me. It was a good faith effort to make things right and it should be publicly noted.
