Wasn’t customer focused Received email about free tire and car inspection. That prompted me to come back to the dealership where I purchased car. The inspection was timely as my right rear has been running low as my monthly reports indicated. Called and scheduled appt (Mike) per coupon, while checking in I was asked why I was here. Had to explain it again, I also brought up that my daughter thought there may be a fluid leak. After review, Service Advisory told me that the tire had an object in it and needed to be replaced. However, they did not have tire on hand and could get one in 2 hours, would you like us to get one?... I answered no, as I can go to Costco and shop while it’s replaced... She said ok, tha she would have the car pulled around. When the car was ready, she only wanted a signature and she gave me the keys and said thank you... This is were you lost me as a customer... Why did I come in... didn’t matter to you guys, you were just going through the motions. The car, brakes and other components were suppose to be inspected, the potential fluid leak was suppose to be inspected. What happened. You dropped the ball and could care less... She wanted to get me out ASAP, and could care less about my automobile. When I stopped and asked, what about the leak, she said, oh, yeah, nothing. The mechanic cleaned off the undercarriage and didn’t find any leak. The one page receipt she gave me didn’t have any information on the health of the car. No indication of any review. Just poor decisions on my part. I will not be back... You guys are idiots... if you don’t care about an opportunity to win my business, than I will take it elsewhere. Oh, by the way, you sent me on my way without putting the wheel lock back in my vehicle. When I arrived home and cleared the message from your Service Assoc., she said, were sorry but the mechanic forgot to return the wheel lock and that she would keep it at her desk or station. She didn’t connect any dots and recommend coming back at your convenience (to get wheel lock) and I’ll get the tire needed and install it promptly. I would of said sure, I’m 12 or 14 miles away and would have come back, I suspect she would have also said, we I’ll also give you 10% off for your trouble. Could have made this a win win... instead, I’ll keep going to Sunrise Chev as they are always very happy to see me and treat me fairly. More

Poor Customer Service, Inflexible, Lack Of Knowledge Today I made the trek out to Castle Chevy North to check out a couple vehicles from a salesman named Mike. First things first they tried to charge me $130 extra to pay out of state taxes on the vehicle I planned to purchase. My family and I have made many purchases from around the country and never did we have to pay an extra fee for a 3rd party vendor to pay taxes. This is BIG because they do a lot of out of state transactions. Also noted that my family is originally from Illinois and I'm in the know of how some businesses operate around these parts. This was the straw that broke the camels back because if they'll be shady with me over $130 who knows what else they are trying to manipulate me out of. They went from telling me that I couldn't pay my taxes with them from saying that I could and they would be able to pay it to saying I had to pay $130 to go through Green light. I asked them to show me the their policy that stated this was the case and they could not supply me with anything that stated this, and then they told me that since I was from Ohio I had to pay it. This let me know they aren't very knowledgable by their wishy washy answers. 2nd of all they were very inflexible. I came into the dealership after test driving and tried to make an offer with GAP insurance included and taxes (which was more than what they asked for) and the salesman cut me off and said our number is our number and was very rude. He would not hear my break down or anything. 3rd and foremost the customer service was lacking. I did not feel that positive warm vibe one should feel when they're getting ready to make such a large investment. No snacks or water offered to warm me up a bit. The car was very dirty so I had to go out of my way to get them to wash it so I could make a proper assessment of it. What a terrible experience. I also felt like the salesman was trying to turn my service away. More
