Well taken care of I brought a previous car here and was treated so well that I bought a new Chevy and this is the ONLY place I will let service my vehicles! The mechanics are very knowledgable and do not make you feel like a number but a GM owner! I drive an hour to bring my cars here and will keep doing so! Thank John, Megan, Ed and staff PS....the pick up/drop off service is a nice way to check out new features in a Chevy as well and super convenient! More

Extremely helpful, willing and able. TOP NOTCH!! Mark and Zach in service were more than accommodating. I just bought a 2016 GMC conversion van which you don't see a lot of anymore these days and th Mark and Zach in service were more than accommodating. I just bought a 2016 GMC conversion van which you don't see a lot of anymore these days and they do not service a lot of them. Needless to say, they took me in for service without hesitation. I have been dealing with this Chevy dealer for over 20 years when it was still Hoskins Chevy. I have never had a bad experience there. I have only delt with parts and service though, never with sales. Thank you for continuing to provide excellent customer service!! More

I hate b I had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle from Castle Chevy North. My salesman, a young man named Damian, was absolutely spectacular!!! I hate being pressured when I look for a vehicle and this young man was so kind, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable that I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone looking to purchase a new car. This is the sixth time in my life that I have purchased a new vehicle and it was, without question, the best experience I have ever had -- not even a contest. Damian made me feel so relaxed and at home with his calm and friendly demeanor. He had wonderful things to say about everyone he works with at the dealership, and all the other gentlemen I had the pleasure of dealing with were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had such a good time buying a new car! The dealership had no other customers the day I arrived, the weather was very bad, and my mother said we were going to get attacked before we even got out of our vehicle -- but that was not the case. This dealership has a much more relaxed atmosphere and you feel like they actually care about making you happy. I just can't say enough about this wonderful place and the phenomenal customer service they provided! More
