These two people are the reason I went back a month later when I was ready to buy. I did go to different MFR dealerships that didn't offer me anywhere near the same courtesy I received at Castle. This, in large part, made me switch from a brand I thought I wanted to now being a Chevy owner. More

There was one discrepancy on the actual form that I signed.....it showed 5 years/48,000 miles instead of 5 years/60,000 miles as quoted by Justin. I spoke to Ray the next day who told me that it did show 60,000 miles in the computer. He said that I will receive a contract in the mail and if it does not say 60,000, I should give him a call. Mr. Finn treated me with respect and worked with me to demonstrate that my new car buying experience would be straight-forward with no games. Ed Finn, and eventually another sales manager. Joe Genna were completely honest with me about my new car purchase and trade-in. They both impressed me with their candor and follow-through. Our salesperson was Damian Dus and he was most professional, courteous and helpful during the delivery process. Raul Quesada, the finance department manager was equally as professional, courteous and willing to answer our questions in an honest and sincere fashion. He never pressured us or attempted to sell us unneeded products or services. We did purchase an extended warranty based on his presentation about same. Lastly, I would like to thank Brennan in internet sales, Mike Rodriguez, the General Manager of sales and Olivia in the Castle Business Development Center for their efforts to earn my business and prove to me that the "Castle Difference" is not just a catchy slogan, but a real work business philosophy that puts the customer experience first and makes purchasing a car from Castle Chevrolet North the enjoyable experience it should be.
