People don't tend to sit elbow to elbow very well. I was out a month or so ago to see about my maintanence because I didn't have enough miles to do it yet. And my Bluetooth had quit working. One of the salesmen got a technician to help me. He was very helpful and so patient explaining things to me. Phone got turned off so easy fix. I was impressed with him. Don't remember his name. He had a shaved head. I have a hybrid that he was explaining. I have put Toyota in three times and it keeps kicking it off. Hate this signing up. More

Their Service Department is also very easy to work with. Curt Wiedemeier is exceptional as a closing agent. He knows his paperwork and we have closed three cars with him in the past. GREAT sense of humor! First time working with Steve Strauss. He did a nice job for us also. More

ALL the pieces of my car should be put back My Prius needed a new O2 sensor. They said they could not get the sensor out (396$) without damaging the exhaust. It would cost an additional $615!?! My Prius needed a new O2 sensor. They said they could not get the sensor out (396$) without damaging the exhaust. It would cost an additional $615!?! I told them to leave the sensor in. They did not charge me, even though they spent alot of time on the car. I thought oh well they tried. My husband looked where the sensor was and noticed the heat shield in that area was GONE( it looked sheared.) I then took my car to Toyota of Iowa City. They got the sensor out and had to rebuild the thread where the sensor was(an extra 90$). He noted the cut heat shield and replaced it for 38$. WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR CAR TO BE REPAIRED, PIECES SHOULD NOT BE CUT OFF AND NOT REPLACED. I talked to Toyota of Cedar Rapids and they said "oh." More

I went in for a Corolla and came out with a Camry! We came to Cedar Rapids Toyota to trade our 1999 Toyota Corolla for a 2014 Toyota Corolla. We drove a brand new Corolla and liked it, but we were so We came to Cedar Rapids Toyota to trade our 1999 Toyota Corolla for a 2014 Toyota Corolla. We drove a brand new Corolla and liked it, but we were so used to more space, like we have in our minivan. Ty recommended that we take a Camry for a test drive. He let us know about their exceptional value and the great deals that the dealership was running. We were already pre-qualified for the Corolla with TFS, however a few quick calls and we were signing papers on a brand new 2014 Toyota Camry. My wife was very hesitant when we first went in, but she said Ty was once of the best sales people ever. He not only got us into a great deal, but he went over the car very thoroughly with us so that we new all of the features. He definitely knows his cars and how to work with people! I would recommend him to anyone. The car is a great addition to our family! We know that it will be an asset for many years to come and look forward to a long and lasting relationship with Cedar Rapids Toyota! Toyota! More

Crazy 2 car purchase :) Thank you for allowing my Son and myself to lease cars from your dealership. The experience was loaded with pro's and had limited con's. Alan should be commended for his professionalism and personal ism. Most of the cons fall on my lack of pinning down details. Like I have no idea when I might receive my refund check from my Santa Fe. Or will I be receiving a refund for the licensed fees I had pay. We just had to sale through. The final steps BECAUSE we opted to show up at 5pm on a Friday. Also this navigation system may be well over my head. Do you hold classes ? On a side note I drove to mayo clinic for my monthly visit and averaged between 40-45 mpg driving 65-75 which was very exciting. Can you add miles at any time what if I want to buy the car ? Is it a done deal for 3 years . See I just should of asked more questions Thanks for what you did. Hopefully I'll be a better client next Time. Angie J Serbousek More

Scion buying experience Kory pointed me right to a Scion, which is something I would have never considered, and even though it doesn't have all the bells and whistles that I' Kory pointed me right to a Scion, which is something I would have never considered, and even though it doesn't have all the bells and whistles that I'm used to in a vehicle, it fits me very well, and I hope to have it for a long time, pay it off, and then buy another Toyota. He took the time to go over lease vs buy, and explained to me why the trade-in value on my VW was lower than I had expected. He was a joy to work with, take a test drive with and deal with.
