I've found their trade-in prices to be fair and their new and used car prices to be lower than average. For the last 10 years (maybe more) I've been dealing with Alan Makabi, who is the model of what all sales people should be. He is honest, efficient and works hard to get you the very best deal. Plus, he doesn't forget you after the sale, if you have any concerns, email Alan and he'll generally get back to you very quickly, sometimes within in minutes. Their Finance people are very good also, I typically don't buy any of the "add-ons" and they don't pressure me about it, they just move on. Wendy and Curt are great to deal with. Their service seems very good, but I have rarely needed to use them. More

He made sure I was all set and ready before I left the lot with my new car. I also worked with Curt Wiedemeier and Wendy Nelson, the financial people and they were very helpful. They knew the answer to all my questions and made sure I understood everything and were also very funny on top of that. Now I have a newer car that I never thought I'd be able to afford at a reasonable price thanks to Toyota and their team. More
