Best Experience I've Ever Had! I realized I needed a new car when neither of my windows would roll down and driving in my car was no longer a pleasure but more of a chore. I searched the internet for the best car for me. The first time I saw this Chevy Spark I fell immediately in love. It had everything I was looking for and even more. I decided to send a message to Cedar Rapids Toyota. Expecting just a standard message back maybe the next day, I ended up receiving a text, call and email from Spencer T. All 3 were geared right towards me. The email contained a video review of the car that Spencer went out and recorded himself. After viewing the video I called him up and we scheduled a test drive for the next day. That evening my mother and I went out to the dealership and we were greeted right away. Spencer was out within minutes and we did our test drive. I had fallen in love with the car immediately. After the test drive it was time to talk business. Now this was my first time buying from a dealer ship and I was so scared they were going to make me feel really uncomfortable. You hear the worst horror stories about buying cars. I never once felt uncomfortable during the process. Things were explained thoroughly and in ways I could understand. So we came to an agreement for the price I would be paying for the car and Spencer took us into Curt's office to see what my finance options were. Curt was the best! He joked with us and he made me feel at ease when I was making biggest purchase I had ever made. Again he explained everything in ways I could understand and made sure I felt okay with everything. I couldn't make my deposit until the next day and Curt had the day off. He made the decision to work on his day off to make sure I was able to get that car. The next day I came back in and met with Bill and he went through all the paperwork with me and again was so awesome, funny and personable. Within an hour I had the keys to my 2013 Chevy Spark and I could not be more pleased. This is the best place to buy a car hands down! Thank you everyone who made it possible!!! More

AMAZING I bought my car at auction and it was delivered the next day. There were a few minor imperfections in the look of the car and they were fixed like the I bought my car at auction and it was delivered the next day. There were a few minor imperfections in the look of the car and they were fixed like they never happened and in more than a timely manor. I was able to take home my car earlier than expected.
